At our practice we endeavour to provide flexible appointments to meet your personal needs. We also provide an online booking option so that you can select your own recall appointment slot at your convenience.
In addition, we operate a late cancellation list so that we can offer you an earlier appointment that becomes available, should you wish to attend sooner than your booking. Ask a member of our team about joining the late cancellation list should you wish, wherever possible, to be seen by your dentist before your scheduled appointment.
For your convenience, we provide completely free automated appointment reminders which are sent by SMS and/or email within a few days of your appointment. Please ensure our Reception Team have your current mobile number and email address to ensure our system gets your reminders to you in good time.
Patients are politely requested to give at least 24 hours’ notice if they are unable to keep their appointment. If you fail more than one appointment this could result in being deregistered from the practice and the permanent loss of access to NHS dental care. If you are having difficulties attending your agreed appointment time, contact a member of the team to re-arrange your appointment as soon as possible. NHS time is precious and we can offer an appointment to another patient in need.
Private Dental Care:
Patients are politely requested to give at least 24 hours’ notice if they are unable to keep their appointment. Appointments missed or cancelled without 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee at a rate of £1 per minute. This fee will require payment before further appointments are made.
